Time for another translation. A much older song this time, Atashi to Waltz o. No romaji lyrcis will be added since they can be so easily found on the net.

To be honest, I kinda like this song better than Hotaru. It’s much more catchy and it’s almost a little funny at times. Here goes both the transcription and the translation.

Yup, that’s where Hotaru ended up yesterday. 9th place. Seems like the sales is going well. Now it’s just waiting and see if it manage to go all the way to the weekly chart or maybe even the monthly. Annual would be nice too, but seriously, I doubt it.

Okay, a promise is a promise, so here I present HOTARU TRANSLATION. Honestly, it’s not the best translation I’ve ever done/it sucks, but it’s still a translation. Also, the romaji lyrics have been uppdated, and I can now say that they’re 99.9% correct. This translation will probably be changed and correct a lot in the future. It’s very brief (just giving an idea what the song is about) and I’ve even skipped some words I wasn’t sure about how to translate in a good way. If you can stand all this, here’s the worst translation I’ve ever made:

Hotaru (Finally)

Yeah, finally August 6th! Time for the release of Hotaru and HIDE AND SCREAM. I’m a little disappointed that the single version of Hotaru wasn’t more different from the Movie edit, but it’s still an awesome song. HIDE AND SCREAM on the other hand was a very pleasant surprise. Very good and catchy song for just being a side number. And I really liked the lyrics (those are comming later), so it’s definitly a new favourite.

Also, the movie Last Game, had it’s premiere yesterday. Guess who were at the celebrations, performing Hotaru. Yes, you’re right, Onitsuka Chihiro.

Orgel Collection?

I though I knew every album and every single with Onitsuka Chihiro, but maybe I don’t. This morning I found out about something called “Onitsuka Chihiro Orgel Collection”. It contains pretty instrumental (music box) versions of her songs. I still haven’t found out whether this is something official or fanmade. (It’s official. Thanks to kutsuu for the information). Seem to be quite rare anyway. Here are some of the songs from the collection:

Okay, I’ve tried to transcribe the Hotaru [蛍] lyrics. This were done simply through listening to the previously posted video. And it’s 3 a.m., so expect some errors and typos in it. Also there are three words that I was unable to figure out. I left them within [], so if anybody have any idea what she sings I’ll be happy if you informed me. Enjoy it!

Time for another lyrics translation, Infection. A good ol’ favorite of mine. According to Onitsuka Chihiro the glittering fragments of the exploded heart are the ones coming down as a meteor swarm in Ryuuseigun. Oh, by the way, I think I forgot to mention in the Ryuuseigun translation that ryuuseigun means meteor swarm.

Also, as I suspect there’ll be more translations comming, I’ve made them their own subcategory.

Anyway, here goes the translation:
